Refund policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We are committed to making sure you're happy with your purchase. Therefore we have a 90-day return policy. We will refund your purchase (less shipping) within 90 days for any reason.  After 90 days, a restocking fee equal to 10% of product price will be deducted from your refund, unless the fee has been waived by management.

***EXCEPTION:  Adjustable items that have been pre-cut prior to shipping are not eligible for return/refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If possible, please return it in the original packaging.  To make sure that we can identify your order and correctly issue a refund, either include the original packing slip, or write the order number on the package.

TO INITIATE A RETURN:

Go to the Returns/Exchanges link on the main menu.  Provide your order information and submit.  You will be issued a return shipping label.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be issued once merchandise has been received and inspected.
Refunds are generally processed within 24 hours of receipt of your return, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Once you have been notified that your refund has been issued, it may take anywhere from 3-10 days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your method of payment.

Ethics Archery is not responsible for any damage done to arrow shafts during the installation process.  We recommend proper dry fitting with EVERY arrow shaft prior to installation due to variances in carbon.  We also recommend viewing the Installation Video available on this website.
