RETURN POLICY

We stand by our products 100%, and customer satisfaction is always our goal. With that in mind, this is our return policy:

We have a 90-day return policy.  Except for arrow shafts, we will refund your purchase (less shipping) within 90 days for any reason.  For eligible products other than arrow shafts returned after 90 days, a restocking fee equal to 10% of product price will be deducted from your refund, unless the fee has been waived by management.

Arrow shafts may be returned within 90 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.  This fee does not apply if you received damaged arrow shafts or the wrong product.  Arrow shafts cannot be returned after 90 days.

EXCEPTION: Adjustable items and arrow shafts that have been pre-cut prior to shipping are not eligible for return/refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  If possible, please return it in the original packaging.  Include the original packing slip, or write the order number on the package, so we can identify your order and correctly issue a refund.

To initiate a return, go to the Returns/Exchanges link on the main menu.  Provide your order information and submit. You will be issued a return shipping label.

Refunds will be issued once merchandise has been received and inspected. Refunds are generally processed within 24 hours of receipt of your return and applied to your original method of payment. After notification, it may take 3–10 days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your method of payment.

DISCLAIMER: Ethics Archery is not responsible for any damage done to arrow shafts during the installation process. We recommend proper dry fitting with EVERY arrow shaft prior to installation due to variances in carbon. We also recommend viewing the Installation Video available on this website.
